PROFESSIONAL ENGINEER

All of our structural plans and letters are Stamped & Signed by a Colorado registered Professional Engineer.

RESIDENTIAL PLANS

We can create Structural & Foundation plans for you; professionally drafted by our engineers.

AS-BUILT ENGINEERING LETTERS

We provide engineering inspection letters for our designs if they are required by your local building department.

BUILDER NETWORK

We have a network of builders, soil technicians, draftsmen, and more that we can help connect you with to get your project completed.

FOUNDATION DESIGN

We will use the information from your site's soil test to design a foundation for your project whether it a slab on grade, crawlspace, or full basement. We can design a traditional footer & stem wall foundation or a CMU foundation depending on your preference.

STRUCTURAL DESIGN

Our engineers specialize in wood timber structure design. We will use your pre manufactured trusses to design the headers and walls for your house. We will design the floor system using engineered wood products such as TJI or BCI floor joists as well as steel support beams if they are necessary.

ENGINEERING INSPECTIONS

We only provide engineering inspection for projects that we designed. Engineering inspections may include foundation reinforcement inspections, shear inspections, sheathing inspections, or framing inspections.

COUNTY REQUIREMENT RESEARCH

We can work with all counties in Colorado. If we have not worked with them before, we will do our research for any specific information we might need to consider in our designs such as required snow loads and wind loads.
